I don’t know about you but I found it very emotional to part with my children’s cots when they had outgrown them. We have a small home and storage is limited to the extreme. I still wish I had held onto it somehow.
Exploring pinterest I have found some awesome options for upcycling a baby’s cot and giving it a whole new lease of life (and not having to part with it after all!)
Are you ready to be inspired!

Love these ideas, aren’t they fabulous! My favourite?? Well I can’t quite decide between the craft desk or the children’s blackboard desk – both brilliant ideas.

Wow! What a brilliant idea! We’ve given away Bs cot already, Os is now a cot bed but when he gets too big for it in a few years I’m going to copy the art station idea! I love it!
All of Ozs bedroom nursery furniture is from Harrods- given to us by the family I nannies for for 10 years so it hold sentimental value for many reasons.
Thanks for sharing these awesome ideas!
Thanks for all you rocmments these do indeed inspire you dont they!

Wow, all of those ideas look REALLY lovely – our cot is still by the bed even though Aaron has been co-sleeping with us for two years now.
The advantage is that as he takes up so much space, I sleep on the edge and the cot quite literally HOLDS ME IN. Not joking either.
