What does your child want to be when they grow up. They get asked that question all the time, don’t they. I remember being asked it all the time too. It used to really bug me!

Mine both want to be bloggers because you can do it in your pj’s and drink hot chocolate!

I want them to be happy, fulfilled, earning well and making a contribution to society. I also want them to have a great work life balance.

One of the most difficult phases that every child has to navigate is finding a career that allows them to live comfortably, fulfills them and offers a great work-life balance. However, this phase it not a problem for your child alone, it can cause headaches for parents too. In a recent survey, 56% maintained that giving advice to their children on career decisions is more stress-inducing than changing their own job or moving house.     that’s so true I also encouraged my teens to do voluntary work at a local farm they learned new skills ad meeting new people learning to follow instructions other than their parents or teachers and be a better communicator too
