How to try a new sport for free this summer with Weetabix

As you know I love a freebie!

Throughout July and August, the nations leading breakfast cereal Weetabix* are running an absolutely brilliant  ‘Summer of Sport’ Campaign.

Weetabix’s campaign is backed by the very fabulous Denise Lewis. Denise Lewis OBE  won the gold in the heptathlon at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and is one of Great Britain’s greatest sporting stars.

I fancied trying yoga, so I simply popped in my postcode and this is what came up… lots of classes so close to  where I live. Weetabix are offering sporting sessions all over the country so you are bound to find one near you!

It’s so much fun to try out a new sport, it takes you out of your comfort zone, gets you off the sofa, and could introduce you to something you absolutely love … and it is the summer of sport after all

Clearly Denise’s first love is the heptathlon. She says …

“Once I embarked on heptathlon I didn’t want to change, there’s just something special about it.

“Training’s tough, but it’s interesting because it’s ever changing.”

Great tips for any athlete.
