Jenny Craig: Week 22 – A Blip

I put on 2 lbs. How rubbish. Becca my new consultant says to hold on to my positive new thoughts about weight and plan, plan plan. She also advised I got rest as I’m stressed out and it is hard to be focused when you are stressed.

Oh blimey.  On a positive note I can see I look MUCH slimmer this year at the MAD blog awards than I did last year. Next year if I make it  I may even wear something skimpy!

    You DO look amazing and what you’ve acheived this year is brilliant. It is a fact that it’s harder to lose weight when you’re stressed and tired. So take a break, and look after yourself!
