Like most theapists I am very good at giving advice and not so great at taking it. I have eaten rather poorly over the last 6 years since having my first child and despite what I know to work,I don’t do much exercise. I have put on a lot of excess weight that I need to shift. Over this month I will be trying out lots of ways to get fit, eat welll and grenerally take better care of myslf and hope these inspire you too and I will be keeping a diary of my progress on this blog.
I will be using lots of free exercise tips as well as the Fitness First New U Personal Trainer nutrition and fitnmess programme on the Wii a kindly loaned to me by the lovely people at Fitness First and a pair of Reebok Easytones ( donated by Reebok) to get me moving and firm my bum!.
I want to lose 70lb in total (obviusly Not in a month!). I started on monday and I will do an enty on my WALKING and my FITNESS and NUTRITION pragrammes each week (plus I will record how many pounds I’ve lost too) I am either brave or stupid! Lets see how it goes…….
