my beauty tip is to use baby cream for your face if you have a sensitive skin. I’ve always had eczema prone skin and have been using a basic baby cream (preferably organic and unscented) for years (alternating it with e45 type of creams) morning and night and my skin looks young and healthy.

Always remove your make up before going to bed to allow your skin to breathe. Another reason why it is always recommended to remove make up is because a small percentage of toxins can enter the blood steam through the skin.

I was already a follower, and I am now liking Myreen too on facebook. I’ve shared and tweeted your comp details too x

My beauty tip – no matter how tired/drunk you are in the evenings ALWAYS make sure you take your make-up off at night so your skin has a chance to breath. And even better, if you can – have even one or two days off a week from wearing makeup! If I’m not out over the weekend I love having just a clean, makeup-free, moisturised face! I feel so much better and I’m 35 and I’ve never had any skin problems with spots in my life – so follow my advice!

  24. Naomi Manser

My best beauty tip is to beware that a hot shower followed by cool, dry air can lead to rough skin. So to lock in moisture post-shower, pat — don’t rub — yourself dry, and then cover your skin in a gorgeous boby cream.
