Re-negotiate your work hours.
It is worth trying to negotiate your work hours. Train tickets are more expensive at peak times. Being stuck in traffic jams is expensive too in petrol and wear and tear on your car. See if you can start earlier and consequently finish earlier saving yourself cash and stress. This way you might even snaffle any free parking available before anyone else does. Win/win.
