The little things I love about Christmas

#MakeTheirChristmas is  the Christmas campaign by Littlewoods focused on what little things you love about Christmas. It has set me thinking about the little things I love about Christmas and oh my goodness there really are too many to mention.

I love going to my children’s school nativity plays they just warm my heart and to sing the old familiar carols and hear the children joining in. It honestly makes my cheeks ache from smiling.

I love carefully unwrapping ornaments that belonged to my mum and now hang proudly on our tree.

I love hanging the wreath on the front door and thinking of the pleasure it will being us each time we come home.

It makes me happy to post my Christmas cards, a sea of white envelopes int the red post box, knowing I am reaching out to those we love.

Each Christmas Eve we get down the Christmas sack full of new pyjamas, an early pressie and our little wooden nativity set and I retell the children the story of Christmas. This to me is even netter than Christmas day.

And of course I love getting the Christmas cuddlies out for the kids.

Littlewoods have launched a Christmas advert featuring their band ambassador Mylene Klass as part of their #maketheirchristmas campaign and the music is just so lovely ..do have a watch.

You can have  look at Littlewoods Christmas Range here. The gorgeous goons above are from there.

What little things do you always do at Christmas that makes it so very special?
