    Would have to say I prefer cutsie when recieving a card. To me it has more meaning and it goes a long way!!
    although half the time I send funny cards, depending on the person, if they have a good sense of humour or not!!

    Honestly I like all 3 and feel that they all have a place. I like receiving a mixture of different styles of card as they all represent the person who is sending me the card and how they see me or what they feel about me which is the most important thing!

    Sophistication because when i go to Clintons i am generally buying special cards for loved sisters, great nans and the mother-in-law so its class and top end for them!….my hubby, brother and mates get the humourous ones!

    Usually humour but it depends on the recipient. I never, ever buy those cards with the lengthy, twee verses in them though, they’re awful. I would hate to recieve one too.

    My 4 year old Son is going on his first ever trip to the cinema tomorrow to see Cars 2. He’s so excited and would love this prize!

    Its got to be humour! I think when buying a funny card people tend to stand and read it before buying, to make sure the joke is appropriate and suits the person they are buying for. Whereas i think alot of cutesy or sophisticated cards are just last minute “That will do” purchases.

    It depends on who it is for. I like humour, but you see some cards that are obviously trying for humour but are just cruel. However, nowadays I try to make most of my cards and so they tend to be a bit more esoteric, as they can be personalized towards the receiver a lot more.

    It would depend on who the card is for, i only buy humerous if i know the recipitent will take the card the right way! I don’t have a preferance really, as i just apreciate the fact that someone has thought of me, to send a card! 🙂 I guess if pushed, i’d have to go for cutsey. xx
