Week 11 on the Jenny Craig Diet Plan: Big News

I have had a right old fortnight.

I had a blissful week holidaying at center parcs (hence no week 10) I had lovely picnics and a couple of meals out. This week I went for a luxury spa day to  Eden Hall  and had a full on yummy 3 course meal. It was for a review so I couldn’t refuse it  – but do check out my ‘no don’t take a photo its sticky toffee pudding and I’m doing Jenny Craig’ face!

These are great things but they involved high calorie food.

I have also had a very sad week, involving a funeral of someone I loved very much and the anniversry of a passing that breaks my heart. When I’m sad I always overeat.

So you would expect that over the last 2 weeks I would have put on weight right?

 

                          WRONG.

 

I lost….3lbs overall and have now lost 2 stone in total!

How bloody brilliant is that!

Thank you Jenny Craig for teaching me about emotional eating and calorie counting so I can have treats and feel sad without impacting my weight. I wish I had learnt this years ago.
