Well this week I lost …..wait for it…. 2 lbs. It’s a very 2lb a week kind of diet isn’t it? I have to admit my exercising has been limited as I have ben snowed under with work (I do some marking a few times a year and it kind of lands all at once) However 2lbs is supertastic and I am on my way to goal. Okay it is going to take a while but it really took a while to put on too (about 8 years!!)
I met some friends over the weekend I haven’t seen for a while and they really noticed. I have now lost 31 lbs in total. I feel I am eating well . Here is what I had yesterday
Breakfast: Yogurt covered whole wheat flakes and milk plus small bowl of raspberries
Snack: Low fat strawberry yogurt
Lunch: Poached egg on a slice of wholemeal toast with mushrooms and tomatoes
Snack: Jenny Craig chocolate cereal bar
Tea: Chilli plus peas, sweetcorn
Snack: chopped apple and carrot sticks
A really nice varied menu.
