Week 19: The Jenny Craig Diet Plan – Short Term Goals

I have spent this week  playing football, raising kettleballs and trying super hard. I have the national parenting blog  awards dinner in a couple of weeks and I really want to reach my 3 stone loss target for then . I have just raised my game really.

I have lost 2lbs this week.

So it gives me 6 pounds to go to my target in 2 1/2 weeks. Losing 3 stone would take me to my half way point and would feel amazing, I don’t know if I can achieve this in just 2 1/2 weeks but it feels good to have a short term goal and it is definitely helping me focus. I am certainly feeling healthier all the time.
