Week 4 on the Jenny Craig Diet Plan

Still following the plan adding different salads and veg to my Jenny Craig meals. Still hankering after fresh bread but never hungry as such. Walking a bit more and feeling healthier definately. Weight loss this week was 3lbs so I have ….

Lost my first stone!!!!!(and 1lb)

I am beyond delighted. Still a long way to go but I am definately on the right track!

    Way to go…. Healthy nutrition is key for weight loss, exercise is key to looking and feeling great! And of course to have enough energy to keep up with the kids! Good Luck to you on your fitness journey.
