Week 7: Jenny Craig Diet Plan

My littlest turned 5 last week and we have had a house full of lovely food, Just like half term week before it I have struggled. Tempatations everywhere. I have lost 1lb which takes my loss to a stone and a half.Iit has been my hardest diet week so far. But I just have to keep going, know its working. I need to keep plaanning my food times in, making sure I have all I need in the way of great fruit and veg. I need to keep exercsing and drinking water. AND STAYING OUT OF THE KITCHEN!

This week Millie my consultant is going to explore making a meal of my own with me. I think I want to do something with quorn in. As a veggie I have been eating it so long I miss it! My consultant Milly has been brilliant, so full of good advice and a great listener too. I think the consultant phone calls are the best part of Jenny Craig. I have a friend who had also done the diet and her consultant was also a trained nutritionist and an excellent support.

A stone and a half off.  Brilliant. The last 2 weeks may have been hard going but hey it’s still going!
