I love Lakeside, the theatre at Nottingham University.
It is in the most gorgeous setting by the lake and it’s a lovely place to visit as its just so delightfully family friendly.
Wheee! 2014 is Lakeside’s tenth International Children’s Theatre and Dance Festival.
There is lot to see from mon 26th May to June 1st. And, in addition to afternoon, early evening and weekend performances, there will be a weekend of activities and performances in the beautiful surroundings of Highfields Park during the Family Weekend in the Park (Saturday 31st May and Sunday 1 June).
We are going to see A Boy and his box
and visit the amazing luminarium.
